Welcome!
Quantiative Ecological Documentation (QED) is an online wikipedia on doing things computational and quantitative in ecological research. QED is generated by ecologists for ecologists, and aims to be accessible for all: whether you’re struggling to read a table into R or planning to write your own species distribution models. Example topics include debugging R code, starting out with python, basics of Bayesian, UNIX tricks, why git?, making code reproducibile, package creation and distribution, parallel computing, autocorrelation, meta-analyses …. and more!
